Placing an Order
Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year enabling you to shop at your convenience.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm during which time orders will processed. At busy times of the year, such as Christmas, these hours maybe extended.
To place an order, simply add items to your basket and when you are ready to pay, press the proceed to checkout button. You will receive email confirmation of your order and will be kept up to date on the status of your order throughout the purchasing process.
Payment
We accept payment by Paypal which accepts all major debit and credit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase and we do not hold any financial information or card data.
Delivery
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment with the exception of orders received during weekends or bank holiday periods. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, however, during periods of high demand shipping may take a little longer.
Please ensure that you supply us with the correct delivery address as we cannot be held resonsible for orders that do not arrive due to being given an incorrect address.

Purchasing Fabric
Fabric purchased from our website is cut to order and sold in fat quarter, half metre and full metre units. Please check the description carefully and ensure that you order the correct amount required as we cannot accept returns of fabric which has been cut.
Fabric is sold by the quarter with multiple units being cut on a continuous basis. The majority of our fabrics are 110cms wide, any variances to this width will be shown in the listing.
Fabric will be cut as follows:
1 quarter = 1 fat quarter (typically 50cm x55cm)
2 quarters = 1/2 metre (50cm x 110cm)
3 quarters = 3/4 of a metre (75cm x110cm eg. 2 fat quarters and a long quarter)
4 quarters = 1 metre (100cm x110 cm unless otherwise stated)
5 quarters = 1.25 metres (125cm x110cm eg. 4 fat quarters and a long quarter)
Scissors & Rotary Cutters
Please note that you must be over 18 years of age to purchase scissors or rotary cutters from our website. By committing to purchase scissors or rotary cutters, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

Although we take great care to photograph products displayed on our website accurately, individual computer monitor display settings may cause colours to vary slightly from computer to computer. Please bare this in mind when placing your order and understand that there may be slight variances in colour of delivered items.
